Burn it on a CD or DVD and patiently wait while it copies to your brand spankin' new HD.

If you just need to get the programs, just redownload them and email Pat and Amir. If you need to transfer databases that will require more creativity. What I did was setup an AOL IM account on my new computer and transfer the files (they are too big to email) to myself. That works well.

I bought this program called PCMover thinking it was something else. I'll sell it to you for $20 (paid $50). It comes with a USB A to A cable. It will transfer everything from your old to new.

Use the cd burner from your new one. It will take 3 minutes to transfer it between PCs.

depending on what version of windows your old comp has, you could use remote desktop to transfer

also for your database, you should compress them into zip files first, as the compression ratio for MS Acess files is around 10:1

Pull out the hard drive and put it in the new computer. Then you have a nice backup drive for all important junk as well.

I hope you're not saying what I think you're saying...to take the CD burner out of my new PC and temporarily put it into my old PC. You KNOW I can't do that...
