Pacific Poker

Hi, I was wondering what the best program to use was on pacific poker to track playing...and how to do it. I tried for about an hour to import my hand/tourney histories into pokertracker, but it did not work. Anyone have any advice on how to best manage my poker playing(to import hand histories from pacific for PT)
