PokerTracker stats question - Steal Attempt

Hi,

I'm in the big blind. It's folded to the button, who raises. The Small Blind 3-bets. From a stats perspective, am I facing a Steal situation in the Big Blind?

The reason I ask is that Pokertracker does count this as an attempt to steal. I find this odd, considering that the Small Blind has shown strength out of position.

Wanted to get others thoughts...
