Need help adding a moniter

I bought a new DELL Inspiron|1150, and I want to add another moniter so I can play more tables.

It has this little monitor slot in the back but it has this tiny adapter and doesnt fit normal sized adapters.

ANY help is appreciated ty friends =)!
