I read the Hold'em version a few years ago when I was starting out. If you are playing live (some of the lessons do not relate to online poker), and are a beginning to intermediate player, I think it is worth buying. I believe Mason posted a review of the Hold'em version on the Archive server.
Stay away from the Professional Hold'em Report. It is a pile of poop.

12 days to holdem success is usefull for training yourself to make the right moves by instinct, but ignore the part about never raising from early position

I echo this sentiment. If you are a beginner, or just starting to play beyond low limit games in casinos or cardrooms, this report is well worth getting. But if you are a winning mid-limit player in public cardrooms, you probably don't need it.

Are you talking only about the hold'em book now, or the stud book as well? Because I'm considering buying the stud book. (I am horrible at stud.)

I was referring only to the hold 'em report. I don't play stud, so can't comment on Caro's stud report.
