Value Bet the River?

I didn’t bet the river, being afraid of a slow played Ten or a backdoor flush hitting. When I was reviewing hands, it didn’t seem as likely that someone would have waited till the river to raise a ten, and most players don't seem to be able to resist betting out if they hit a flush. Do you value bet in this position against 4 players?
