Problems with Ms.OOT

I am now 100% certain than 1 or people are using a large number of multiple accounts to sway the results of the ms.oot competitions. I am pretty much looking at ending it but I thought I would post to get more opinions. The only solution IMO would be to scrap the polls, do 1 at a time, and require a post to vote. This wouldn't be much though.
