Hero bets $30. Villian raises to $75. Hero calls.

Turn is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Hero checks. Villian goes all in for $100. Hero calls.

looks fine - consider putting him in yourself on the turn... you'd hate a check-behind there. The money's going in no matter what, so might as well do it on the turn.

The stacks are too small in that game to start out. There's really no "tough" decisions until stacks get a bit deeper. All these hands should play themselves.

If you are going to raise UTG with KK, raise more. Particularly if it is a full table.

Nothing wrong with your play other than an argument can be made that you should have pushed to his reraise on the flop. If you're beat you're beat.

In this type of scenario I will pay off AA, JJ or 33 everytime.

Oh, and I agree. Raise more than $15 with KK preflop.

Nothing to think about. Stacks aren't deep enough to do anything but move in here. Your play is fine. I don't mind the preflop raise, as you are killing most callers (especially this AJ, KJ, QJ, JT dude). When stacks are this shallow, you have nothing to think about except playing big pairs all the way.

Well, question #1, "Should I fold?" has been answered

Question #2 was whether I am better off letting him take control of the hand post-flop (as I did), or pushing all in on the flop or turn. My thought in letting him lead is that if I push all-in, he will probably only call with AA or a 3. If I call, he will expect me to have AK and push on the turn with a pocket pair or a Jack.

Question 3; should I raise more than 3xBB UTG is a good one. 3-4x BB is my typical open-raise. I see the point for raising 4 (or 5?)x BB, but I assume that's the most you're talking about here?

I might have bet a little more on the flop but your bet-call, check call line is perfect.

Either flop or on the turn, doesn't matter - just you'd rather get the money in there, the earlier the better in my mind. If he's more likely to get his money in there if you check turn, go ahead. Either way, if he has any piece of board (any pocket pair, J, 3), money's going in...
