Yeah but that begs the question.

Hand one I bet the flop.

Hand two, no way you lay down with 10 outs and when you might still be ahead. Oh, and strongly consider a preflop raise (depending on the blinds).

Thats the thing, I had good reads on my players and knew i was beat at that point, I have been having brain farts all day didnt even think about outs, plus the allin. argh.

hand one i def shouldve bet the flop and called a turn raise.

Just awful poker on my part. I am beating the session but id be way ahead with those pots

can u explain ur reasoning for raising the bb with a small pp, this is something i thought was totally incorrect

It's important to think in terms of relative strength. Even though it's a small PP, it's still an overPP. You likely have the best hand.

I'm sorry, but I just have to say it.

I believe last night was the first time I saw you post, and in that time, you've started approximately 10 threads, and frankly, most of them were pretty horrid -- most of them were easy preflop decisions (like you folding JJ to a 3bet/cap), or just basic pot/implied odd calculations (like calling the turn in hand 1), and are just clogging up the forums. I definitely think you need to chill out and stop playing, and re-read SSH, and even just re-read and UNDERSTAND the recommendations given by all the players here, both to your own posts, and other hands. You seem like you're on a sure-fire path to dumping your bankroll from what I've seen.

Sorry if it seems highly critical, because it's more directed towards a lot of the posts that have been appearing.

Hand 1: Flop bet is marginal, in my opinion, against this field. On the turn, I call the raise. You have 2 5s which will almost guarantee you win the pot, and any A or 6 will probably also give you the winning hand. The turn fold to the cap is just, wow.

Hand 2: bigger WOW.

EDIT: I don't think you should be playing 1/2, personally...
