Now ask yourself if you really want to deal with Paradise. I was all psyched up to give it another try at Stud during the last reload and couldn't take how slow the software, how WRETCHED the customer support was, etc.

AND I PLAY AT PARTY. It's not like I'm picky about my customer service standards.

What are you kidding? Paradise has the best customer service in the known universe. If you send them an e-mail, you are guaranteed to have a response within five minutes. The software IS slow though (all those lightning effects have to come from somewhere I guess).

Alrite, I searched and searched and couldn't find an answer (I know the answer is in somewhere in front of my face, but I'm a moron), so I'm bumping this post to ask rather than creating a new thread. How many raked hands do you have to play to clear the Granny bonus?

Edit: oh and while I'm asking stupid questions, could someone tell me if it's possible to import paradise hands to Pokertracker? I can't seem to find a hand history log. Thanks.

Paradise bonus clears in $10 increments for 100 raked hands of .25 or greater. Do the math depending on the sum of your bonus.

Paradise HH's are importable into PT. You can configure PT to auto-request HH's, which are e-mailed to you. PT can also check your POP e-mail for you and import the HH's as they arrive. Technical how-to details can surely be found on the PT website quite rapidly.
