Your folded SB to steal and folded BB to steal are almost identical. Tighten up more in the SB. Loosen up slightly in the BB.

Raise more preflop, 8% is very weak. Also you should "steal" a lot more than 10%.

You also don't seem to be betting the flop enough.

Basically you want to raise all your good hands, fold all your trash and valuebet like crazy. Don't bluff at this level.

seriously though, my experience is that when i raise a lot, the table gets impatient with me and starts cold calling with crap. you win either way.

Yup. Winning the blinds is fine. Also, check your positional stats. As it was already mentioned, you defend SB too much and you could defend BB a bit more (though at 1/2 I don't think that's really neccessary). It is possible that you are losing a lot of money there - what's your win rate in blinds?

In poker tracker look under "Position" tab. The numbers you're looking for are BB/hand for SB & BB. You could also send a snapshot of entire page and post it here.

dont play in £'s.

Chances are maximum rake is £3, whereas if you play at a $ table maximum rake is $3

Im guessing £1.00 = $1.80

Rakes bad enough at low limits, with this added factor its killing any winrate.
