Initial loading of ePassporte from Neteller or poker site?

In my continuing quest to try to use my meager poker winnings to buy stuff from Amazon without first sending the money to my Swedish bank account, I hade decided to sign up for ePassporte, despite their rather hefty $5/$100 load fee.

They require a VISA card for authentication purposes, which is fine and which I have, but the also seem to require the initial load to come from that card. I don't want to do that since that would mean that I had to spend non-poker money on poker stuff, which I try to avoid.

What now? Any good ideas?
