Pacific Poker - Techincal Difficulties, will I get my money?

I just played a $200 5-handed sit and go and got first which should have been $500. However, I didn't get the prize after the tournament was over. I called and they said due to technical difficulties it will take some time for me to receive my money. Has anybody experienced this before? And have you gotten your money eventually?
