Can Vehn and Soda be topped?

Here's an interesting thread that caught my eye a while ago.


Let me start by saying I do not think I am anywhere *near* the players that Vehn and Soda are. Further, I realize that 20,000 sample sizes are somewhat meaningless.

However, this thread has given me a little "self-challenge." [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Since moving up to short-handed about two months ago, this is what has happened:




Logically, I don't think it's possible for me to maintain this hotstreak for another 11,000 hands at $10/$20 .... but it'll fun to try! [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

i don't see why not on the one hand. the only thing though is that it is likely a meaningless goal. you know how little 20k hands can be.

so maybe a better goal would be over a longer sample. then this could prove to be silly too. cuzz it could prevent you from makeing a leap to the next limit or for other reasons.

I find 2.45 so easy in the 5/10. I find .0245 so hard in the 10/20.

Me too - easily over 3 BB/100 in 5/10 so far, in my first shot at 10/20 I dropped 95 BB in less than 3 hours and ran away with my tail between my legs.

I think Nikla and Gazza have 100k+ samples over 4bb/100. Your stats are definately good though. They look a lot like mine except I steal more and you defend ur sb more. Also I go to showdown more (too much)

Can you post your positional stats?

If possible as well your "more detail" stats.

Your won$SD is low, however you obviously take down alot of pots as your WSF% is very good.

Would be interesting to see more.

Also, it is possible to run pretty good for 20k hands at the 10/20. This was back before I sucked.
