Default Received Harrington On Hold \'em Volume II Today!
I had preordered this from Conjelco and got the book in the mail today. I live in New Jersey, so you folks who preordered should also be seeing your copies shortly..hola!

Book contents look fascinating. But of course no time to read much yet.

unless you pay extra, they use UPS ground, or USPS at their sole discretion.
