Default Where did I go wrong?

Hi everyone... I've been trolling a little while and obviously have much to learn. My question is whether or not I gave this UTG+1 the odds to call the flop and if I should have just pushed all-in then and there. My reasoning was that I figured them to be on pairs and they wouldn't call me if I made it too much. When the turn came well... I really dropped the ball.... I didn't take the time to think it out nor would I peg someone calling my previous raise with J9 given the remaining stack sizes I wouldn't think the odds are there. I suppose it shows my inexperience in NL tournament play. I'm kinda disappointed coming in 47/1700ish when top 30 got paid. But hey, at least it was a freeroll. This is a great site with lots of great poker minds and any help would be much appreciated.

Also for some reason this hand converter didn't feel like converting the turn play hence the different format.

Well, you didn't post this in the 1-table tournament forum, for one thing.

step 1: bet out for more on the flop
step 2: raise all in when it comes back to you on the flop
step 3: post this in the right forum... perhapse multi-table tournaments
