Default Pocket A\'s , turn decision

Party Poker 10-20, 6-handed, no reads
Hero is button w/AcAh
UTG raises, 1 fold, cut-off 3-bets, Hero caps, blinds fold, call,call (3 players, 13.5 sm. bets)
Flop: Kh,Td,2d
UTG bets, cut-off calls, Hero raises, call, call
(3 players, 9.75 big bets)
Turn: Jd
UTG bets, cutoff raises, Hero ??

Maybe it is weak but I fold this when both straight and flush draws get there and it is 2 cold to me.

ick...if villains are reasonable, without the Ad I fold the turn. I think between UTG and CO you're behind too often to twopair/set/straight/flush to justify calling down getting 6.6-1 and not even closing the action. When you are behind, this won't go to showdown cheaply enough.

Yuck. This situation stinks. I probably fold, I can't imagine you're in good shape with this board facing two on the turn. With the ace of diamonds you could call but I don't think a fold is bad here.
