If I know this player to be somewhat passive, I might check the river hoping that he also checks even if he makes 2 pair. But I'd have to have a pretty good read for that. Otherwise I think you do best betting, because you'll have to call a bet anyway and you gain a tiny bit of value if he would check behind with a worse 1 pair.

Do you think your opponent will bet a worse one pair hand, or are you hoping he checks a better hand?

I wouldn't have made it four bets on third. I would have let him lead until fifth and went for two bets on the expensive street. I'm not sure I bet for value on the river. Do you put him on the other two Kings?

The other 2 kings with a worse kicker was exactly where I put him, and exactly what he had. I didn't see any streets I could c/r on, and wondered if anyone else did.

I think you probably could checkraise when he hits the 3rd heart, but if he makes it 3 bets there you cry. You aren't that far ahead of him if he does have the other kings, or even THAT far ahead of a smaller pair, but you are basically drawing dead if he has the flush.
