Blind defense?

I was hoping someone could give me a basic idea of what hands I should defend my blinds with.

Everyone here has different hands they play for blind defense. Perhaps you should post a hand where you folded and maybe should have defended, or vice versa.

The specific advice you recieve will probably be more helpful.

On 0.5/1, you know it's time to switch tables if you have to consider blind defenses.
