Default Party 30/60 no limpers sb play

Has anybody else noticed the trend in 30/60 for the sb to raise with ANYTHING when there's no limpers? When I'm the big blind I tend to take advantage of position and 3 bet any non-garbage hand. And when I say non-garbage I mean anything better than 67. Usually they'll just call and then fold the flop, because usually they're raising me with 64o or 92 or other trash. In fact, when the sb does have a hand, I see them complete rather than raise oftentimes. Does anybody else notice this trend? Obviously, good players don't do it (often), but there are many players who have a habit of it. I love them because they're stupid, but I also hate them because they make life difficult.

Has anybody else tried this strategy? Suggested variations? Much appreciated.
