Are there any good books that are dedicated only for cash games? If not, are there any good books that are coming out? And I have already read SuperSystem so you dont need to mention that!

Take a look at the Books/Publications Section. You will get a better response in that forum, but I would advise you that you use the search function first as well as browse through all the posts before you ask a question like that since you might get flamed for it.
