Basically the worst card for me. Should I have folded to the raise that put me allin? I guess there was a really small chance he's bluffing given he has a 75 VPIP over 20 hands.

how does vpip correlate to postflop bluffing frequency?

Generally players with high VPIPs are passive postflop. But a comment on the hand itself would also be nice.
