Question about Neteller...
Anyways I'm underage and am pretty much fed up w/ the alternative methods of depositing and withdrawing funds. Anyhow I want to make a Neteller account now, only one problem

Please enter your phone number(s) below in order to expedite this process. What does this conversation consist of and am I going to need to show any I.D.?

Boo on underaged gambling...
Your going to have to use a parent's information to setup the Neteller account. Because of your age you'll have to get a SSN identification form from a government office. It'll be too risky to lie about your age with all of the security mechanisms Neteller has in place (getting banned would be terrible).
