Re: wrong here?
I am definitely three-betting preflop.
Given that you didn't, I think your postflop line is fine. |

Re: wrong here?
J/W,
Is it the most profitable play to call down with A high in this situation? |

Re: wrong here?
Your line is so passive.
I'd bet out on the flop and fold to a raise. If no raise, some of the time I'm firing again on the turn, some of the time I'm check/folding. I really don't like the check/call all the way down approach here. Do something to try to get your opponent to fold. |

[ QUOTE ]
Do something to try to get your opponent to fold. [/ QUOTE ] You don't have much information at all on your opponent at this point. He might be the table rock who only opens with JJ or better from the CO, or he might be a maniac who will play back at you with no pair, no draw. This pot isn't huge, but if our opponent has a worse hand he'll hopefully keep betting and we can collect those bets. If he is ahead we likely have outs and don't need to charge ourselves a ton of bets to try and draw out on him. [ QUOTE ] Your line is so passive. [/ QUOTE ] That doesn't make it bad. |

Re: wrong here?
I think you have to bet the flop here, and fold to a raise. If the turn is another blank I think you bet there too. There are a ton of hands he could be raising with preflop that you have beat, but if he's betting every street I'd say he's got you.
