Sorry, the HH converter didn't work so I just deleted the player names. It isn't four folds, it's player in seat 4 folds.

Ohh okay. Thanks for clearing that up.

Anyways, this occured to me as fairly close, so I booted up SNGPT to figure this out.

Smallie's pushing range:

22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs: It's a close one. +0.1% prizepool equity.

But, I think that range is a bit too tight, considering the blinds are going to take almost half his stack soon. So:

22+,A2+,K2+,Q2s+,Q6o+,J7s+,J9o+,T8s+,98s: +1.1%.

That's probably a decent representation of what he's pushing with. That said, the math says it's kosher. I go ahead and push.
