Default Online Poker and US (NV specifically) law

I searched for this but I can't find any answers.

What are the laws for playing poker online in NV/Las Vegas?

What is the penality if one were to be found doing this?

Would anyone even know?

If all income were declared and paid taxes on, would this be a problem?

What if one Netellered a small amount of cash (under 10,000) to their bank account? What if the amount was large (10,000 to 500,000)?

I know there are people who do this, so I hope someone can help me out with the answers. PMs are fine if you'd like to keep something private.

Bonus Question: Is there any way to search for a particular word using the msgboard search? I typed in +law and +"law" but it kept giving me results with the words "fLAW", "LAWyers" and even "DeLAWare"...

Try searching for " law" or " law " (note the spaces)
