Default Playing the Big Streets, K9o

Heads up against a typical loose-aggro. He probably doesn't raise as much as he should preflop, but he's willing to mess around on the flop. On the turn he tends to tighten up a bit, but I've seen him raise with a draw a couple times, and once as a total bluff. We've been playing for around 40 min so far and I'm up 15ish BBs.

I raise K9o on the button, villain calls.

Flop comes 9x 8c 6c, me clubless.
He checks, I bet, he raises, I 3-bet, he calls.

Turn brings another 6.
He checks, I bet, he raises...what to do now?

I can think of exactly 3 decent lines to take, I'll discuss them in a bit if this hand gets some responses.

I think I call down after his turn raise. If he's bluffing, you don't want him to stop. If he has you crushed already, you lose the least.
