Default Folding on the flop

Does anyone fold on the flop ? Ill usually will pay for this mini raises, and fold in the turn if dosent improve.

I don't think that's a +EV call on the flop if you're folding the turn to anything but an A or Q. Odds of one of those coming is at best 5/45 or so. You had to call $7 into about a $28 pot. So 1:4. Your odds are 1:8, and while the A or Q coming might give you some implied odds to win more off of someone with a worse 2-pair... in cases like this, it just makes you lose a lot more to the guy with the set.

Maybe sometimes they'll check the turn and you'll realize you might have the best hand after all, but I would think that's pretty rare.

I would have played it the same way. You had a backdoor flush also with good implied odds.
