Default Heads up SNG against super LAGs

so, i've been playing alot of these heads up SNGs on UB and I find that I have the most trouble playing against the guys who raise 100% PF and make an automatic PSB on the flop. then, to make things worse, they call every bet I make, eliminating all bluffing possibilities. in other words, they force me to catch cards or push all-in on them frequently, reducing the match to an outflopping competition.
this probably sounds like a dream situation, but I keep running into these awful players and I continue to struggle against them. any basic strategies I should be employing against auto-raisers that I am missing? am i the only one who finds this style unbelievably frustrating?
