move Party notes to Eurobet?

Is there anyway to move the notes you have on Party poker to Eurobet? I'm not sure what to look for.

look for Notes.txt in the relevant folder and copy it to the other folder

You could also use pokertracker to import the notes into PT, then export to the other site. This also works well if you want to merge notes from several skins.
