Sending a PT Database

hi,

i had a friend try to email me his PT database so i could review some hands. he sent a ptrack.mdb file and a hhdb.mdb file. it seemed to import some of the hands, but not all of them, and i couldn't see the hand histories.

can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?
