Default LAG machines

I saw the seeds of this thread sown in a previous one and wanted to make it a new topic.

There are players out there LAG machines and i'm trying to crack their style. These are the people who, say for reference we're talking about 5/10nl at party...
*raise MOST hands preflop to a fairly standard 30 or 40 dollars.
*bet the pot size no matter what on the flop and usually check the turn if called.
*They will usually call a reraise preflop but fold to one on the flop if they have nothing.
*If they ARE holding big hands (and you can't know since their preflop never changes) then your reraise on the flop will result in a potentially stack-sized pot, or if you just call they will continue betting pot sized.

They seem to play with no fear and people fold to them enough that they inevitably walk away winners. Everyone's seen them and they completely change a game and are impossible to read exactly because everything they do is the same. How do you beat them?
