Default KQs from EP

I only have like 5 hands on the dude, so not much of a read at all.

I believe i missplayed the turn here. Anything that he raises here, I'm probably behind. Don't really know why i called down though. any comments suggestions are appreciated.

you made this hand a lot more expensive than it had to be

call flop 3-bet and check/call from there

p.s. i like the flop check-raise

I don't get the flop cap at all

if he has JJ do you really want to drive him out, if he has KK or AA do you really want to go 4bets?

There really is no reason to cap the flop. Just call the 3bet and go from there. This includes checking the turn.

Not sure if the check-raise is better than betting out to let him raise, but once you get 3-bet, I just call down.

Capping the flop and leading the turn was way too aggressive.

I call the flop three bet and fold the turn unimproved. There is almost no hand that he three bets preflop, on the flop, and then raises you on the turn that you are beating. Since you called the turn, I would check/fold the river.

Yeah this is okay if we have him on AA-QQ/AQ since we have about 7.5% equity against that range of hands.. If he can have other hands, then calling on 4th street (or calling down) is prudent.

Thanks for all your comments.

I did feel that capping was a little much, but then on the turn i felt i had to bet out since i capped the flop. was i wrong to think this way?

Thanks Freddie

So, basically you decided to compound one error (capping the flop) with another (leading the turn). Not to be a jerk, but you cost yourself a lot on this hand.

That's right, I'm fallible. I knew I made plenty of mistakes on this hand. That's the exact reason why I posted it.

So please, do you have anything constructive to add to this post? or are you as you put it, being a jerk?
