Default River value betting discussion

I think one of the hardest parts of playing stellar poker is knowing when to value bet the river. I see far too many 2+2'ers posting stats where their aggression just falters on the river, not that this is necessarily bad as value betting is all situational. So, I thought I'd post a hand to generate some good discussion on knowing good positions to value bet or not and the logic behind the decision. Feel free to post other hands to create a good discussion on value betting.

OK, since reads are a vital part of knowing when to value bet. SB is 60/5/1.33 after 20 hands and BB is 41/6.52/1.5 after 45 hands.

Easy bet. Straight came runner runner. They both checked to you. They're both very loose and will call with a lot of worse hands.

Both villains looks loose-passive; I'm betting. Now if only I can carry out that practice when I'm playing...

In addition to what has already been said, I will add that the most players are not attempting to c/r their 1 card straight on the river, as they will be afraid it will get checked through. Most would just lead.
