Default Party multi\'s - number of entrants is always an increment of 10

# of entrants for the last few Party multi's I've played.

970
580
850
110
770
610
580
610
590

Isn't the registration cut off at a specific time? Anyone have an explanation for this? I usually play between the 30+3's and 100+9s - none of these are special tournaments. I'm just curious is all, hopefully there's not a painfully obvious answer.

The number of available tables is always a result of the ammount of people who signup for the tournament at least 5 minutes before it is scheduled to start. They seat between 7-8 people at each table and allow for registration to continue until a. the tables all fill up b. somebody is eliminated c. blinds are no longer 10/15 (whichever comes first).
