I don't think I bet the river.
Either A) you're chopping; B) he's folding; C) he's raising with a better hand, or; D) he's calling with a better hand. Only the fold is a positive result, and you get that without betting. Many opponents will play passively all the way to the river against a PFR, but when the board double-pairs, you're more likely to be raised when beat Edit: In the heat of battle, I'll often bet this as a continuation-continuation-continuation bet, but it's probably not best, especially since the 2nd pair is 22, so any PP beats you |

Definite check. That board is about as bad as it gets in terms of there being no real value in betting.
