Declined Eurboet withdrawl? Where did my money go?

Has anyone ever had neteller decline a cashout from a site? On my neteller account it shows that Eurobet tried to put 2k into my neteller, but the transaction was declined and the money isn't back in my Eurobet account.

Is this common for Eurobet cashouts or should I be worried. I'm going to call neteller, but I just wanted to check if anyone else has had this problem.

Ok, so I just called Neteller, and they told me that the didn't recieve a cashout. After I told the rep that I can see it on my account, he said, oh yeah ok I see it. We were having problems with our servers and it should work now. He also said the money should be in my Eurobet account, which it isn't.

I'm going to call Eurobet now. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Edit: Anyone have a Eurobet CS# that doesn't look all cray and foreign?

Thhe only withdrawls i have had declined is when I mistyped.

Neteller admitted that it was a problem on their end so I don't think that was the issue

This is common for eurobet cashouts, if you checked the history button it would say like pending cashout. So your money isn't in neteller or in eurobet, but its floating on the server. Eurobet sometimes has to try cashing out twice to neteller before it works, but it always gets there eventually.

I have it. Sorry. I thought it was part of poker. I assumed that if we fishies could suck out half your low-limit pots on the river (man, we fishies LIVE in the river), then sucking out your accounts directly is just "advanced bankroll management". Please don't think I'm being uppity if I ignore your tableside rants. I shut off my chat feature.

I do. I still run my poker programs on a triplexed Control Data CDC-7600 (though it *does* look foreign since Control Data got bought out by Honeywell, which got bought by the French conglomerate, "Bull" or whatever they call it now). Sure, it's not considerd a supercomputer anymore (it can barely keep up with many of today's desktops), but at least I don't have top pay hundreds of dollars per gallon for Cray CFC coolant.

It seems to happen once in a while with Eurobet cash-outs. One of the Neteller reps said they probably had insufficient funds in their Neteller merchant account. (Though why it would be possible to make and decline a transaction with an empty account boggles the mind.)

I've seen it maybe three or four times over the last 30 cashouts from Eurobet, and never from any other site. So it must be something special atleast.
