ive never played anything near these stakes but i think raising KQo in EP is not so good.

it's very likely the flop bettor is on a flush draw.

i agree that KQo is too weak to raise EP

is it playable in EP tho?

when i used to play nl25 full ring (which i guess was sorta near these stakes but the blinds were .25/.50) i'd fold it in EP limp in MP-LP and raise in LP first in or situationally. looking back over the 30,000 nl25 and nl50 full ring hands in my database (which mean pretty little i guess) KQo was a small loser and KQs was a small winner, so i didn't do much more with it than pay for my blinds.
