Default JJ with A and K on board

this guy just sat down so I didn't have any reads. I just moved up from 1/2 and hands like these have been giving me huge headaches. In general when should I raise/call/fold.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.5 BB

I've just moved up to 2/4 as well and I play this the same way. I just don't see how you could be ahead here.

Of course, I've been playing poorly lately, so you shouldn't trust my advice.

*If* you're folding the turn u/i, then folding to the raise in the first place is the play.

Fold to the flop raise, unless you know the player... he may have just an 8.... or you think you implied odds are better then 45:1... a fold here is hard, but the correct play, your only other option is to re raise the flop, and see what he does... I often check raise when I don't believe.
