Default Too aggressive with chip lead?

Can you be too aggressive with the chip lead on the bubble?

Is it worse not to be aggressive enough?

Villian has been playing fairly tight weak on the bubble.

I don't really like this UTG with deepish stacks like this. In order to be doing this, I'd like the blinds to be 150/300 (preferably more).

Pushing with top pair on the bubble on a rainbow flop is never too aggressive. Especially since he has given you NO indication of strength.

Besides, you'd still be alive if things go for the worst. Push!
