Default multi way pots, one player all in strategy

Just a quick question.

If there is a multi way pot where one player is all in and you think your hand can beat the all in player but maybe not someone elses in there, should you bet to try and win the substantial pot(assuming around level 3/4 pot is 4/5 BBs, no side pot), playing on opponents assumptions that "nobody would bluff into the dry side pot"

I suppose like everything it depends but how often should you do this or should you?

Thanks in advance
