Default Flopped flush draw with too much action

OK... this hand thoroughly confused me on the flop. Is it OK to call 3 cold here knowing CO is a TAG and that it'll probably be capped? As for the turn I know I should have folded but the action seemed to slow down and the pot was huge.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

I'm not sure why you think the action "slowed down" on the turn. Given the TAG here and the crazy action, I think you can expect to see a set (and thus a boat) a lot of the time. Also, if someone has a set on the flop, your equity is substantially lower (approx 25%, but maybe a bit higher since if other people have paired their hole cards with the board, his chances of filling up are less), so capping here for value may be much thinner than one would expect. As it is, you get to see how much BB and UTG like their hands.

Once the TAG 3-bets the turn, I think I can find the fold button. What kind of player is BB?
