do you guys usually dump in this situation?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

The turn card sucks a little, since it encourages MP1 to fire again with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] X [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], if that's what he was doing on the flop, instead of taking the free card (but he might not have anyway).

Anyway, though, I think he probably has a king and the fold is fine.

Without any read on this guy I think u have to assume a K here. A read would be good though.

With the flush draw out there, i usually call down. I've seen too many overplayed flush draws to lay down mid pair vs a seeming unknown. If it being mad overcalled I'd muck.

No not always, it depends on how likely I think it is that he has a flushdraw.
