Default 66 SB Against Possible Stealer

15/30 B&M game, villain is tricky regular who usually plays 30/60 and higher.
Villain posts $15 in cutoff
All fold to villain who raises, 1 fold, hero 3-bets in SB with:
6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB folds, villain calls.
Flop is:
2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero bets, vllain calls
Turn is:
2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets, villain raises, hero calls (Mistake?)
River is:
J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain bets out of turn...hero?

Seems like you need to fold this river. The only hands he would raise the turn with that you beat would want the free showdown. As for the turn, I would probably fold to his raise there as well - any piece of the board beats your hand, and I find people are much quicker to raise their draws on the flop than the turn.
