well I just use free stuff for all that

avg antivirus
zonealarm
and adaware.

free is better for me!!!

spyware blaster 3.4
microsoft anti spyware

i use zone alarm and avg, and also spy subtract, which is made by the same company as zone alarm. all are free versions.

Try ccleaner:

removes spyware, temporary internet files and cleans your registry as well
