Default Computer Bots Being the Downfall of Poker

On pokerroom I have noticed that there are so REAL bot like players. (5 of them) In fact I emailed both Betonbet (a pokerroom skin) and pokerroom telling them that these people could be bots. It has been about a week so I emailed again both sites. Both said that they are still investigating the matter.

This kinda scares me. As time goes on bots are going to become better and better, hence there will be more and more out there. Can pokerooms detect the presence of bots? Or do they really care? I could see in the future that online poker will become just a bunch of bots, which will lead to the lack of trust and then the downfall of online poker.

Am I just going crazy? What are yalls view on this.

It's not something to worry about just yet.
However, rest assured when they do come poker sites will be able to easily identify and discard them.

I wouldn't worry about it. Bots are overrated when it comes to poker.

If you really want to know what people think, do a few searches. I can think of at least 3 very long threads on this topic just from this year. Sorry, no links.

The AI of Poker Acadamy is supposed to be the best. I beat these bots so I'm not scared of any bots that are out there now. Pokersites can easily employ countermeasures against bots if it becomes a real problem.

You should be more concerned about congress passing anti internet gambling laws than bots. Even that I wouldn't lose sleep over.
