IGM-Pay Bonus on Empire

With the recent problems with Empire, I am hesitant to do this bonus with them. I haven't played there a lot either during bonuses or not (new to bonus whoring). Is this bonus administered similar to the others or does this come from a different pot and therefore not subject to some of the issues with Empire.
