Default probabilty books
Anyone know when did hold em players first started using the math related to the game as we know it today. I know doyle brunsons SUPER SYSTEM I(1977) has MIKE CARO'S probablity tables in but was there anything that pre dates doyles book?just curious thanks in advance.
