Default stud terminalogy

So far as I can tell, this is what I know:

kings up: you have two kings showing on your board
kings down/hidden kings: you have two kings in your down cards
split kings: have two kings: one up and one down

is that right? I see people using these terms in different situations so I'm not sure If I'm right or not. I.e. some people say "I made aces up" with one ace up and one down.

When you have a pair showing, people will say you have an 'open pair' like he had an open pair of kings.
