WSOP Registration
Does anyone know if you can register for any of the $1500 tourneys on tournament day, or do you have to pre-register?
Thanks! |

Re: WSOP Registration
The way I read it on the registration page is you can register online, but if you dont pay up front, you do not get a guaranteed seat. If you pay up front, your seat is guaranteed. I honestly dont know how many they are expecting for various $1500 events or what their cap will be.

Re: WSOP Registration
Last year the first $1500 NL HE Tournament had about 850 enties. The cap this year is 2000 - so if you register (and send them a cashier's check) you are guaranteed a seat. IMHO none of these events will go to 2000 players (of course, I sent my $ in anyway, since the airfare and room were all paid for, I wasn't going to get shutout).

Re: WSOP Registration
what is the structure of the "undercard" tournaments? starting chips, blinds, etc...? i assume with 850 they made it at least a 2 day event?

Re: WSOP Registration
If you go to the WSOP website, I think its worldseriesofpoker.com, there is a list of all the events. I think its the event link you click on, brings up a blind structure and time.
